Auzland Homes Designs - At Auzland Homes we have a diverse range of innovative designs which are set out below into seven design categories. There is an explanation as to what each category means to assist you in selecting a design to fit your land and your needs. The name of each design is followed by a number. e.g. Casurina 230. This number relates to the approximate floor area in square metres of that particular design.

Once you have chosen a category to search simply click on that category name and a number of designs will come up for you to choose from. Each design has a brief description to assist you again in your selection. 	09 Series - Auzland Homes 2009 Range of Designs. Single Level, Two Level and Split Level Designs incorporated. Traditional Lot Designs - All Single Level. These designs are 3 and 4 bedroom with double lock up garage. Great for both Owner Occupiers and Investors. Some Narrow and Zero Lot Designs among them. Acreage Designs - These designs are suited to large allotments, open space living, acreage lots and the country side. Cottage Designs - These are smaller houses of no more than 3 bedrooms. Often built as an extra Home on Acreage Properties or as Granny Flats or Retirement Homes. Two Level Designs - Two level living creates more land available on a site or you can get a larger home on a smaller site. Check widths to fit your site. Split Level / Sloping Lot Designs - Depending on the slope of your land you may choose to go split level or sloping design. A range to fit unlevel land. Check with your Auzland Home builder for the best siting on your land. Duplex Designs - These are two dwellings joined by a dividing wall, we have a range of single story and double story available. In most circumstances the land is registered specifically for Duplex use and can vary in width and length.
